For offer today, I have this amazing gold filled tiger iron bead necklace and earrings set!
This fantastic artisan-made set includes a large, round tiger iron beaded necklace and matching pierced earrings. The necklace is hand-knotted on brown cord and closes with a fabulous hook and eye serpent or snake clasp. The snake clasp is textured to resemble snakeskin and the snake heads are detailed with eyes and mouths. The matching earrings are also strung on brown cord and feature long rectangular bead tops and round beads at the bottoms. The beads exhibit colors of brown, black and red and they have a chatoyancy that is simply mesmerizing! It's such a gorgeous set
The necklace measures about 20 1/2 inches in length and the beads are approximately 18mm in size. There is a mark on the back of each side of the clasp that I could not decipher. The earrings measure about 2 inches long and 5/8 inch wide and the beads are approximately 13mm in size. The earrings are hallmarked "14K GF" on the both of the ear wires. The combined weight of the set is 210.3 grams.
The beads in this set are absolutely huge and the way they reflect light and change color is truly captivating! Their earthy colors would work well with summer, fall or winter outfits. It would look awesome worn with a white top and khaki slacks for the summer time. The set is in excellent vintage condition and it's ready to wear right out of the box!
